Parenting with your Whole Heart

Empowering Neurodiverse Families with Connection, Compassion and Clarity

Parenting with your Whole Heart, because your child deserves to be fully seen, and you deserve to be fully supported.

At Whole Heart Parent Coaching, I walk alongside neurodiverse families with compassion, clarity, and lived understanding. Parenting with your whole heart means leading with connection, not control— tuning into your child’s unique needs while honouring your own. Through parent coaching, practical tools, and emotional regulation support, I help caregivers shift from surviving to thriving—building stronger relationships, greater confidence, and a home where everyone feels safe and secure in who they are, no matter their neurotype.

Connection is the most important gift we can offer our children. When we connect, we build a secure attachment that enables them to thrive. —Dr. Daniel J. Siegel
